Account registration uses your name, email address and a password. The service stores a salted password hash, not your original password. A project request includes the contact and project information you submit.

Your browser.
Saved design references and planner preferences are stored in this browser. A secure, HttpOnly cookie keeps your signed-in session. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are included. Use the footer control to clear local planning preferences.
Projects & payments.
Information is used to handle your request and administer an agreed payment. Hosted payment is supplied by Stripe when enabled. Full card numbers are not stored by this site. The provider has its own privacy information.
Hosting & security.
Cloudflare hosting may process technical information to deliver and secure the service. Account access to project records is restricted by the submitting user ID; creating an account with an email address does not expose guest enquiries.
Questions & choices.
Use the project form and explain that your message concerns privacy to ask about access, correction or deletion. Include the relevant reference, never your password. Identity checks and applicable record-keeping obligations may affect the response.
